What is PropQual?
PropQual is a learning and development platform which offers training for those in the Property Industry to achieve accredited qualifications, and is available to Members of The Guild of Property Professionals.
Through the PropQual learning platform, you will follow video learning, read exclusive training material, take short module quizzes and write answers to questions and assignment topics. This guided learning aims to prepare you for taking the formal assessments of the nationally recognised qualifications.
The different learning units and modules are designed to cover all knowledge and understanding based on the requirements of your job role, including the ethical implications of residential property sales.
Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Sale of Residential Property
The Course
The Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Sale of Residential property has been developed to enable those working in a residential sales environment to take a qualification that recognises the knowledge and understanding required within this sector and associated job roles.

- Negotiating the sale of properties in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
Qualification Pathway
The purpose of the qualification is to confirm occupational knowledge and understanding.
This qualification has been listed on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) at: Level 3.
The qualification is allocated Total Qualification Time (TQT). This includes Guided Learning (GL) expressed in hours, which indicates the number of hours of supervised or directed study time and assessment. Credit has also been allocated to the qualifications.

The Course
The Level 3 Diploma in Professional Sale of Residential Property has been developed to enable those working in a residential sales environment to take a qualification which not only recognises their current skills and knowledge but gives an opportunity to develop role-specific skills and competencies.
Through the PropQual learning platform, you will follow video learning, read exclusive training material, take short module quizzes and write answers to questions and assignment topics. This guided learning aims to prepare you for taking the formal assessments of the nationally recognised qualification.

How it works
Your pathway to achieving an industry-recognised qualification.
1 Register
Once you're a Guild Member, simply register and sign up through your Guild representative and get access to all the online learning.
2 Conduct your on-line learning
Work your way through the online course, completing all the learning modules and submitting assignments.
3 Take the assessment
Pay for and take the final Qualification Assessment. The assessment is an online assessment and portfolio submission. If successful, you will receive an industry-recognised qualification.
